4. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain enquiry and quote data for a maximum of 2 years from the date of submission, or for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. If a quote leads to an ongoing commercial relationship, we retain relevant records for as long as that relationship exists plus any legally required period thereafter.
IP addresses collected for rate-limiting are held in memory only and are cleared automatically on a rolling basis (within minutes to hours).
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We share your data only where necessary to operate our business:
- Email service provider - we use an SMTP email service to deliver your confirmation email and our internal notification. Your email address and name are transmitted to this provider solely for delivery.
- Hosting infrastructure - our website is hosted on a private server. Data at rest remains within our controlled environment.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or tracking services that would receive your personal data.

This website does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.
